I placed an order on Dec 22, 2009 from BeautyXperts.com. My credit card was charged, I received a confirmation email, but have yet to receive the product. When I check online, my order status is ordered. When I call the number listed on the website, it just rings and rings. I have sent several emails to their customer service email address and have never gotten a reply. Is there anything I can do?
