I placed an order on Dec 22, 2009 from BeautyXperts.com. My credit card was charged, I received a confirmation email, but have yet to receive the product. When I check online, my order status is ordered. When I call the number listed on the website, it just rings and rings. I have sent several emails to their customer service email address and have never gotten a reply. Is there anything I can do?

I ordered a product for a friend way back in February. I tried to call them , but the phone just rang and rang. I sent them emails to let me know my status. Eventually someone left me a message that the product was on back order. Since then I sent multiple emails and even asked can they give my money back but no reply. They took my money right away when I ordered my product. It sure took them a short time to at least do that. Now it is June/ 2010 I sent them another status request and now I can't even go on the website.
Sure wish I would have read the complaints before I ordered.

How to report the website

I found out you can report the site by doing the following: once in website select the IE tools options then Phishing Filter then Report this site. Let's all do this for both the BeautyXperts and the Nail Spot websites. It can't hurt.

I happened to me too. Placed an order December 28, 2009 They debited my checking account $37.17 sent me a order confirmation with Invoice No.via email and never received my order and i have tried calling get no answer, emailed no answer. This really makes me mad I just want to try to do something to get my money back and to stop them from doing it to other people!

I filed a dispute with my credit card company as well, but
there should be a way to report them!

Submit a Charge-Back ASAP

Hey guys,

Same story here. Ordered something on 3/7/10, didn't arrive by 3/21 - emailed them. No response, so I called 3/24. Just rang and rang.

I contacted the credit card company whose card I used to make the purchase to file a dispute and get a charge-back. My charge-back has been submitted and my credit card company is in the process of refunding my money. I suggest you attempt the same as soon as you can! Things go better for you BEFORE you pay the statement with the Beauty Xperts charge on it!

Exact same thing happened to me! I have tried calling the customer service number and it just rings but nobody picks up. I also e-mailed and I have not received a reply. I'm going to try to reverse the charge on my credit card.

No I still haven't received my order. Someone actually answered the phone and I told her what happened. She took my number and told me Paul the owner would call me back. That has never happened.
