Computer Freeze..

I am running the following "Fix programs" and my system is still freezing up - are these just not adept at fixing this??

Identity Patrol 2.0 -- I think this company may have gone out of business because the last several times I tried to access them - for updates - nothing - I paid for this software..
Fixit-Utilites 9.0 Professional (again paid for this)
And Microsoft Fix-It Center (Free) - Should I just get a new system? This is super frustrating!!
