and
Their Solutions
There is a reason why Facebook is the number one social networking site. So of course Facebook Problems are a irritant to a lot of people. It’s got great features, and best of all- almost everyone is on Facebook. But with great features come some unwanted headaches. We have compiled a list of top 10 Facebook problems and their solutions to make things easier for you. Here they are:
Problem 1: Chat Problems
Facebook chat problems: Chat window not opening/ online friends appearing offline/ you appearing offline
Solution:Check your browser. All browsers have their own bugs, but most people find Google Chrome to be best for Facebook chat. Its also good for avoiding Facebook Problems. If you are having problems with Google Chrome, update it. Do not log into Facebook from two computers simultaneously- or even from two browsers on the same computer, or from two tabs on the same browser. In case you are still unable to open chat, check if JavaScript is enabled. If it is not, enable it.
Problem 2: Repeating TextText repetition: While chatting or messaging, the same line appears many times. This mostly starts with normal message delivery. But after some time, the chat messages get repeated. Over some time, they may get repeated 5-6 times. Its one of the minor Facebook Problems but an annoying one.
Solution:This is an easy solution to one of Facebook Problems. It mostly happens when there are many windows open at both ends, thus occupying a lot of bandwidth. Both parties should close extra windows and then continue to chat. It usually solves the problem.
Problem 3: Sudden Logouts
Random Facebook Logouts: This one is again related to bandwidth. You may get logged off Facebook without a warning. And then you would find yourself sitting and staring at the screen for several minutes before you log in again. This problem may even lead to many misunderstandings- especially when you are chatting and having a fight. This one the most reported Facebook Problems.

Solution
Cut down your bandwidth usage. Close a few windows and then login again. Or it might even be a virus on your system. First try restarting your system. If this fixes the problem- Great! Else run an antivirus on your computer.
Problem 4: Browser Problems
Browser conflicts can cause a lot of Facebook Problems: One common annoying problem is when your keyboard stops working in some browsers, particularly Mozilla Firefox. Sometimes the keyboard gets locked up when you are working on multiple tabs.

Solution:
A simple solution is to keep things only to a few tabs. Too many tabs make the browser crash. If you are accessing Facebook on Mozilla Firefox, it is best to work with a single tab- or maximum three tabs at a time. It will keep things simple.
Problem 5: Game Problems
Game not loading: If you are trying to open games like Farmville, Frontierville, Treasure Isle etc, but the page is blank, don’t worry- you are not the only one. This problem might not come on another browser, or another computer. In the example here, the Farmville page is shown, but the ‘Play now’ control is not displayed.

Solution:
It might be due to Flash problems. Go to Adobe’s website and download the latest Flash player. Once it is installed, your games would play on the browser.
Problem 6: Feeds Load Slow
Feeds take forever to load: When you load a game, or chat, sometimes feeds take forever to load. It happens mostly when you are on Google Chrome.

Solution:
It might be because your browser is overloaded with cache and other data. To clear Google Chrome’s cache, go to Options, and select Under the Hood. You will find an option to clear browsing data. Check the relevant boxes and click on the button that says Clear browsing data.

If it still doesn’t work, use another browser.
Problem 7: Virus and Spam
Facebook virus problem: This is a huge one and is affecting thousands of users. Many times, the virus would be so deadly that it would not only affect your account, but would also send spam links to everyone in your contact. This problem happens when you click on suspicious links. Also, do not click on pornographic looking links.
Solution:Do NOT click on ANY suspicious links. If you get a video on your wall from a friend, use your common sense before opening it. Does that friend usually post videos on your wall? If not, do not open it. It might lead to Trojan propagation. What to do if you get hit by a virus: Go to settings and change your password. Also, go to app settings and remove all unnecessary apps from your profile. If you find that your profile is sending spam links to other profiles, log out of Facebook to stop sending spam. Now login again and delete that post/page/group/event. If the problem persists, visit this page:

Problem 8: Photo Add Button
No Add Button: Sometimes when you want to add photos to the album, there is no ‘Add Photos’ button on the page.

Solution:
If you have more than 200 photos in your album, then that’s your problem. The button disappears when you have 200 photos in an album. Now you have to create another album. Also, there are certain albums that you don’t create but they are made automatically. These albums are Profile Pictures, Mobile Uploads, Wall Photos, and Cover Photos (for timeline pics). If you are viewing that album, there would be no Add Photos button.
Problem 9: Profile Not Appearing
Profile/parts not appearing: This is a recent problem in Facebook. Some people are facing problems as they load their profile. What they get is a white blank page. Other people are facing an issue where parts of the website are appearing and disappearing randomly.

Solution:
That’s a relatively new bug in the system, and Facebook is aware of it. Problem 10: Account Blocked
Blocked: The most terrifying problem with Facebook could be getting blocked by moderators.

Solution:
The solution depends upon the kind of block you are facing. If you are blocked from using a certain feature, it might be because you are overusing it, or other users might have a problem with it. For example, if you send too many friend requests within a certain time, you will be blocked. If you try to use the same feature while you are blocked, its duration would be extended. Once the block is removed, you should slow down with that feature. If you continue using it, your account may get disabled. Block can be placed on many services, including message sending.
On a related note, if you get a warning from Facebook, it might be because of some content that you have posted. Facebook policies prevent you from posting nudity, hate speeches, violent content, fake profiles, or spam. Hopefully this article has allowed you to solve your Facebook Problems. Good Luck!!
