How to unblock the website in all web browsers......

Hi.....
I would like how to unblock the websites in all the web browser using the command prompt.
There is the information about how to block the sites but there is no info about how to unblock the same.

Here you go

1- Open the command prompt
2- Ping the website you want to unblock by typing "ping www.website.com" without the ""
3- Copy the IP next to "Reply From"
4- Paste the IP into your address bar.
