I've ordered custom name patches from them and they confirmed my order. After 2 moths goods are not delivered and they refuse to respond to my e-mail. I've contacted them trough phone and they sugested to contact them trough e-mail again(no respond to my e-mail again) After that they started to hung up the phone to me(always pretending that they don't understand and disconecting the line when they realise thats me on the phone).
Since they already charged my Visa two moths ago..I'm really pissed off!

I took care of a friends kids one day and on the diaper bag she had some patches. I asked her where she got them from and she told me "A Little Crafty". I had to check it out!! I went online and sure enough, there was a whole website devoted to patches and completely embroidered items. Too cool!! So, I ordered up a bunch of patches and low and behold I got them 4 days later. I called them up and ordered some more for Christmas presents. Shari is delightful to speak with and very knowledgeable in what she creates. I would recommend this company without reservation to anyone who asks.
