Joined a website and opened a profile with some pics,
I decided I wanted to close my account and profile
and requested such , I couldn't close my account as my password and
username didnt work, I tried resetting the password that still didnt work
so I couldnt close my profile I then emailed and requested ,many times\
the web.site host to please close my account and profile as I couldn't
because the passwords weren't working

I received no replies or answers from the host. I'm being neglected and my wish to terminate my account and profile is not being respected.
what should I do? / how can I make the host close my account?
who should I contact about this to make the host comply with my
request?
