I unblocked the site but it says cookies have been disabled how do i enable them?

i followed the block intrustions and ran into some trouble with the cookies

Select Tools
Select Internet Options
Select the Privacy tab.
Select Advanced
Deselect override automatic
cookie handling button
Click on the OK button at the
bottom of the screen.
Click OK to exit
