I was reading Manga on the site. When I got tons of popups loading in the background. I tried to exit and Firefox froze. I restarted it and had a trojan and my browser was redirecting my home page.

Every time I go to mangafox.com, there would always be a lot of ads popping up. First I thought that it was safe to use, but then I got a virus on it. I RECOMMEND TO NOT US MANGAFOX!

The site itself is safe, the ads are not.
Precautions are needed even with Antivirus software.
For Firefox users I recommend the addon NoScript which blocks JavaScripts from harmful ads.

I got a lof of viruses when i went on Mangafox.com.
I thought that it was virus free but it wasn't.
I don't have any protection againt viruses so now my mom is forbidding me from watching manga.
Now i'm checking if it really has viruses.
So if you see this, please tell me if there is virus on mangafox.com.
(By the way, my sister said that if you watch just one manga, it's okay, but if you keep watching, you might get viruses.

Yes, it's an okay site as long as you have the right procautions. If you don't have any protective add-ons (such as AdBlock Plus) or good Anti-Virus software, then don't go to sites like that.

The same thing happened to me. I found out that mangafox.com is a safe website, the problem is that the trojans and viruses seem to be hidden in the ads.
