It is most likely to be a scam because think about it...making that much money in a month is a lot. Furthermore if a person was making that much money at a quick rate (5000-7000 per month) why on Earth would they tell someone on the internet or whatever what to do to make the same amount of money, the same way? There are a lot of scams out their and this guy/company are probably just trying to sucker people into buying their products or in another form to pay a bit in advance and then it goes from there. Don't trust any site with people who claim to be making money like this because it is likely to be a fraud. Even if there is a paypal payment to be made through this site still don't trust it. http://www.instantincomereport.com/?tid=20k this is an example of a fake site.
