Parental Controls Windows 7

Hi i really like this page:

However it's for windows Vista, i want to block porn websites but on windows 7, or even trak their history even after they have deleted the history so i can manually add them to the block list at a later date. i don't want to install anything.

Hello, there is no option to track the history of the websites i'm using Windows 7 Professional. but theirs no option to track website history.

You can access Parental controls this way. Pretty much everything is the same.

1. Click the Start button to view the Start Menu and then choose the Control Panel option.

Parental controls doesn't really offer monitoring software. you may need to download a monitoring program.
