I went on line to book a hotel in France and found a site called Planigo.com. I booked a hotel with this site and then on further investigation with the said hotel, I realised that they had not booked my room and that the rate was far far too cheap and the hotel told me they would never have let anyone sell the room for that rate. I then tried to contact Planigo.com and they never ever answer their phones. So I sent them a email cancelling my reservation but I kept getting the same message back over and over again saying that there was technical difficulties and they were unable to accept my cancellation. I then had to call my bank and cancel my visa card, but they told me that Planigo.com still had the right to force the payment through on my new visa card as I had given them authorisation to do so. I have written several emails to Planigo.com and I finally got a reply today saying sorry but they have no knowledge of my booking. I have forwarded them the reservation details they sent to me and I still don't expect to hear anything. Please help other people not to use this site. When I went on Tripadvisor I saw numerous people saying the same thing about them.
