I bought some gold for World of Warcraft, not a lot of money out of my pocket, but it was my money none the less. They said they would deliver it between 2 and 48 hours, and after waiting that time and not getting it, I asked about it. I waited another 48 hours, being 96 now, and they send a person in to ask if I want to buy gold from them, when I said no because I already had, they told me "fuck you :)" and logged off, and denied me a refund and wouldnt send me the gold. They claim they can not refund me for lack of permission and send me to the same manager, who will not reply to my emails, and I'll ask the same person and they will talk in circles and deny my refunds, which goes against their "company policy", at which point after I demand it enough, they cuss me out. They have my money, and my purchased item.
