Rundll problems

Hi, My laptop, on starting up displays 2 error messages: error loading C:\WINDOWS\mtrovct.dll and error loading C:\WINDOWS\iwehemof\dll. It says the specified module could not be found. I am then unable to connect to the internet to download a registry cleaner. I have scanned with AVG Free to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks

If you have a restore point, You make can restore your computer to a time when the dll was not corrupted. If not try this page Fix Rundll
