What does it mean when a Specified Module cannot be found?

When I start up my computer I get two different windows that pop up saying:
1) C:\users\\app data\local\obebikixezibe.dll
2) C:\users\\app data\local\wpndlf.dll

and each one says "The specified module could not be found".
I am also not able to enter the iTunes store, so I am wondering if these are related issues? I have tried everything that was listed in iTunes support and nothing is working?

I would appreciate and be thankful for any help I can get to resolve these issues.
