Why won't my browser load Twitter?

Error message - Chrome

I can't tweet, follow, nothing! Every browser I download displays an error message. In Chrome it's 'No data received'. I have not blocked Twitter in any way, so why can't I access it?

Google Chrome usually has problem with social media software. Use Internet Explorer or try to update Chrome to get it working
